Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by BlueRev Montebello Pool Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or use our pool cleaning and maintenance services in Montebello, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Description

BlueRev Montebello Pool Service provides professional pool cleaning, maintenance, repair, and inspection services for residential properties. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Weekly pool cleaning and maintenance
  • One-time and deep pool cleaning
  • Green pool treatment and algae removal
  • Pool filter cleaning and replacement
  • Pool equipment repairs
  • Pool tile cleaning and calcium removal
  • Pool opening and closing services
  • Pool inspection services

Scheduling and Cancellation

When you schedule a service appointment with us, we reserve that time specifically for you. We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

For weekly service customers, we establish a regular day and time for visits. If weather conditions or other circumstances require us to reschedule, we will notify you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to severe weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule your service at the earliest convenient time.

Payment Terms

Payment for services is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule agreed upon for weekly service customers. We accept various payment methods including cash, check, and major credit cards.

For weekly service customers, invoices are typically sent monthly. Payment is due within 15 days of the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension of services until the account is brought current.

All prices quoted are for the services specified. Additional work or materials required beyond the original scope will be quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed.

Property Access

You grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing pool services. This includes access to your pool area, equipment, and related facilities. You are responsible for ensuring that we have safe and unobstructed access to your pool and equipment.

We will take reasonable care to protect your property while on site. However, we are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, normal wear and tear, or circumstances beyond our control.

If we are unable to access your pool due to locked gates, obstructions, or unsafe conditions, we may need to reschedule the service. You may still be charged for the scheduled visit if we are unable to gain access through no fault of our own.

Liability and Warranties

We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and take every precaution to provide safe, professional service. However, pool maintenance involves working with chemicals, electrical equipment, and water systems that carry inherent risks.

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to your pool, equipment, or property. If we discover issues during service, we will notify you and recommend appropriate repairs. You are responsible for deciding whether to authorize any additional work.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the specific service provided. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services or failure to provide services.

Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide safe and clear access to your pool and equipment
  • Inform us of any known issues or hazards on your property
  • Keep pets secured during service visits
  • Notify us promptly if you notice any problems with your pool or our service
  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms
  • Follow any safety recommendations we provide

Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a service visit, please contact us within 48 hours and we will return to address your concerns at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to our workmanship and service quality. It does not cover issues caused by equipment failure, chemical imbalances that develop after service, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify regular customers of significant changes to these terms.
